SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS 2-4 Day Shipping and will arrive within 2-7 Business days after an order has shipped.   

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Once your order is shipped, we have no control over delays due to the carrier providers. Any shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Expedite Shipping

If you have an event that you will need items for within 1-2 weeks, please send us a message via the “Contact Us' ' option on our website before submitting your order to make sure we can meet your delivery timeframe. Once we agree on rushing your order go ahead and place the order and select Yes – Expedite my order. *An expedite shipping fee of $25.00 will be applied to the total*

*We are not responsible for any order that is lost, stolen, or damaged. Once the package is dropped off at the delivery service; we are no longer liable for your package. This includes if the package is lost while in transit, shows delivered but not received, is visibly damaged upon arrival, lost while the procession of the shipping carrier, and/or any other shipping carrier-related issues. 

If the item has been marked delivered and you are unable to locate it, please file a claim with your local post office or mail carrier to locate the package.
