STORE POLICY
Processing Time
Processing time is 5-10 business days (M-F) order at least 3-4 weeks before your event. Shipping time is not included in this process.
Event Date
The event date is required once placing an order; this helps us ensure that you receive your order delivered on time. We recommend placing your order within 1-2 months before your event date.
Design Preview
We will send a digital preview of your item to the email address you used to place your order. Any changes to your design need to be made within 24 hours of the email being sent. If there’s no response after 24 hours, we will start the printing process. Once items are printed, NO changes can be made, and the order will ship as is. *Please check your email; so you don’t miss your digital preview. *
Custom Order Request
Please send us a message via the "Custom Request Tab" option on our website for an item that is currently not offered on the site. To make sure that we can accommodate your request.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations.
Please be aware that when the design is printed, the colors may slightly change when printed from what you see on your device’s screen.
DISCLAIMER
*We are not responsible for any order that is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. It includes, but is not limited to, if the package is lost while in transit, shows delivered but not received, is visibly damaged upon arrival, lost while the procession of the shipping carrier, and/or any other shipping carrier-related issues.
*All custom items will include a business logo, on the back part of the item.*
*All party favors are assembled, but UNFILLED (EMPTY) treats or drinks are not included*
